Features That Matter in Daily Use

Face, Fingerprint and Card Verification

Choose face recognition for a quick hands-free experience, fingerprints for established staff routines or 125kHz EM cards for badge users. Multi-factor authentication is also supported when a site needs more than one credential. Capacity figures are separate: the unit stores up to 1,500 faces and up to 3,000 fingerprints and cards each.

Responsive Recognition with Useful Safeguards

Hikvision specifies face matching in less than 0.2 second with an accuracy rate above 99% under its test conditions. Face anti-spoofing, duplicate-face checks and mask recognition add flexibility when configuring entry rules. Position the terminal carefully: light, enrollment quality and the user's approach can change real-world results.

Wi-Fi and Wired Options for Installation

Choose 2.4GHz Wi-Fi or RJ-45 Ethernet for network communication. Wi-Fi carries data; the terminal still needs 12V DC power. Web-client configuration and ISAPI/ISUP 5.0 support approved integrations. See other Hikvision access control terminals when planning several entrances.

Door Control and Two-Way Communication

Connections for a lock, exit button, door contact and tamper input support a managed doorway. RS-485 and Wiegand provide reader and controller integration options. With compatible client software or indoor stations, the microphone and speaker can also support two-way audio, allowing staff to communicate with a visitor at the entrance.

Attendance Records and Entrance Protection

Up to 150,000 event records support access reviews; the attendance-only function suits staff check-ins. The IP65-rated body and −30°C to 60°C operating range help at demanding doorways. Protect the cabling and power connection during installation.

Recommended Applications in Bangladesh

• Dhaka offices and coworking spaces managing employee entry.
• Factories or warehouses controlling a staff-only entrance.
• Schools, clinics and training centres logging authorized access.
• Apartment reception areas needing card and face options.
