Product Overview

The H5 PoE pairs a stationary outdoor view with app alerts and two-way talk. Aim its bullet housing along a gate, boundary or storefront. It will not pan after installation, so position and lens choice matter.

A PoE switch or injector provides network and power through one Ethernet run. EZVIZ also lists 12V/1A DC power. Plan the cable route and placement within your CCTV surveillance installation.

Key Features and Benefits

2K Detail with a Choice of Viewing Angles

The 1/2.8-inch CMOS sensor records up to 2304 × 1296 pixels, offering more detail than 1080p. EZVIZ specifies a 4mm F1.6 lens with an 86° horizontal view or a narrower 6mm F1.6 option at 52°. Confirm the supplied lens. Digital WDR, backlight compensation and 3D noise reduction help with difficult lighting.

More Relevant Alerts for Busy Entrances

On-camera AI identifies human and vehicle shapes. A customizable alert area focuses notifications on a driveway or shop entrance. Detection still depends on angle, distance, light and settings.

Three Ways to Watch After Dark

Choose black-and-white infrared, spotlight-assisted color video, or smart night vision that lights up for human motion. Infrared reaches up to 30 metres under the manufacturer's specification; visible detail varies with placement and conditions.

Talk and Respond from Your Phone

Two-way talk through the EZVIZ app lets you address a visitor. A siren and flashing spotlights provide a configurable warning. EZVIZ notes that spotlights do not flash in full-color night vision mode.

Local Storage and Outdoor Installation

A separate microSD card up to 512GB supports local recording. Optional CloudPlay requires a subscription where available. H.265 can reduce storage needs. The IP67 housing withstands outdoor dust and rain when installed correctly; use the included waterproof kit for the cable connection.

Recommended Applications

• Monitoring an apartment gate or home driveway in Dhaka
• Watching a shopfront, office entry or warehouse delivery point
• Covering a garage approach or fixed outdoor perimeter

If Ethernet cannot reach the location, browse Wi-Fi cameras or EZVIZ Wi-Fi cameras. Wireless-network models still need power; the H5 PoE uses Ethernet.

Technical Specifications
